Over the weekend there was an ISDE Qualifier in Wellston, Ohio. TSCEC was represented by 4 riders this year. SMS Racing’s father and son team Brian and Chris Storrie, and TJ’s Cycle sponsored O’Leary brothers, Jeff and Shawn O’Leary. Jeff and Chris both had issues and failed to make the team in this first attempt in the highly stacked E1 class. Shawn rode great and finished 2nd in the E3 class to earn one of the two spots for that class. Brian had a steller day 2 and won the E4 class and finished 9th overall for the event! Brian will be teamed up the Jeff Fredette and the top E4 rider from the west to represtent team USA on the AMA senior team in Sardinia Italy. Jeff O’Leary will make another attempt to qualify in Idaho this weekend as Chris will focus on school.
Great Job guys! Way to represent TSCEC this year. Good luck this weekend Jeff!
